AMAZING AUTO DEALS, LLC: TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Amazing Auto Deals, LLC is a service based company located at 600 Louis Drive, Suite 201, Warminster, PA 18974. Amazing Auto Deals, LLC is a consulting service business with specialized knowledge regarding to locate the desire vehicle and to negotiate a great price saving you a substantial amount of money.  Amazing Auto Deals , LLC will provide a needs analysis to identify what the Customer (hereafter “Customer”) is seeking in a New Vehicle. Initial information Amazing Auto Deals, LLC will request from the Customer includes: Vehicle Type, Make, Model, Features, Pricing and Payments. Amazing Auto Deals, LLC leverage this information to negotiate a great deal.  Amazing Auto Deals, LLC will work directly with you and the applicable auto dealership to finalize all arrangements related to the Purchase Closing (hereafter “Closing”). This will include having the vehicle detailed and prepped for delivery as well as coordinating the delivery and signing of all paperwork.

CUSTOMER’S RESPONSIBILITY

The Customer acknowledges that it is the Customer’s responsibility to review all forms and documents, provided by Amazing Auto Deal, LLC to ensure that the forms and documents meet the Customer’s specifications and accurately reflect the Customer’s requirements. It is also the Customer’s responsibility to see that forms and documents are correctly and promptly executed, when necessary, and to retain copies of these forms and documents. The Customer also assumes liability for all charges incurred as a result of any/all services performed by  Amazing Auto Deals, LLC, on behalf of the Customer, or at the direction of the Customer. The Customer is responsible for full payment of Amazing Auto Deals, LLC’s, fees before any work shall commence on the Customer’s behalf.

HOLD HARMLESS

The Customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Amazing Auto Deals, LLC, its assigns, employees or agents, from all liability related to, or arising from, any and all inaccuracies or incomplete information provided or, as the case may be, not provided, by the Customer, concerning any of Amazing Auto Deal’s Services.

NO GUARANTEES

Amazing Auto Deals, LLC does not guarantee a particular result, or outcome, from the Customer’s utilization of any of  Amazing Auto Deals, LLC’s Services. The Customer hereby acknowledges that the Customer understands that no promises have been made by Amazing Auto Deals, LLC as to what result can, or will, be achieved by the use of any of Amazing Auto Deals, LLC’s Services. Amazing Auto Deals, LLC’s comments about the outcome of the Customer’s use of Amazing Auto Deals, LLC’s Services are expressions of opinion only. 

LIABILITY OF AMAZING AUTO DEALS, LLC:

Amazing Auto Deals, LLC its agents, employees or representatives specifically disclaim any warranty, either express or implied, including the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for purpose. Under no circumstances are Amazing Auto Deals, LLC, its advisors, agents, employees or representatives liable or responsible for any damage or inconvenience caused, or alleged to be caused, by the use of Amazing Auto Deals, LLC’s Services (hereafter “Services”). Under no circumstance does Amazing Auto Deals, LLC assume any liability whatsoever to any party other than the Customer for the Customer’s use of Amazing Auto Deals, LLC’s Services, and the Customer agrees to indemnify Amazing Auto Deals, LLC against any claims brought by such parties. The Customer is prohibited from assigning any cause of action or remedy to any third party and is further prohibited from encouraging any third party from bringing any cause of action against Amazing Auto Deals, LLC. Amazing Auto Deals, LLC is diligent and takes reasonable measures to provide accurate information and services. However, Amazing Auto Deals, LLC cannot warrant or guarantee that its services are comprehensive, complete, or without error and Amazing Auto Deals, LLC is not an insurer with regard to the services performed. In order to obtain Amazing Auto Deals, LLC’s services for the stated charges, the Customer agrees to assume the risk for any and all liabilities disclaimed by Amazing Auto Deals, LLC and all damages that exceed any limited remedies provided herein. Amazing Auto Deals, LLC shall not be liable to the Customer or any other third party for any direct, indirect, special consequential or incidental damages.
